Sunday School

Our Sunday School is available to youth from 6th to 12th grade at 9:45 am in Room 204 and runs for one hour.

2016-2017 will include a combined start and finish with both middle and high schoolers, and then a separate discussion/video for each group that will focus on topics that are important to each age level and will change to meet the needs of the youth that attend.

We hope that you’ll join us to dig deeper into our faith through discussion and scripture!

Youth Group

Our group meets most Sunday nights from 4-6 pm in Room 204. We do a combination of a fun, mission, program, and worship EACH MONTH at Calvary.

Some examples of mission we've done this year are work at Care & Share and SouperBowl of Caring! Programs have focused on learning about hunger in our own community, runaway teens, and the elderly in our community.

Mission Trips
One of the highlights of our year is going on mission trip each summer! The youth get to choose from several locations each year and vote on the location. BOTH the Middle School and High School students get to attend a mission trip.

Our Middle School youth went to Cortez, CO this summer to work with YouthWorks. Our High School youth returned to Los Angeles, CA to work with Next Steps Ministries.

"Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him.  Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfullness."  Colossians 2:7-9

I'm Dione Russell, the Youth and Young Adult Ministries Director here at Calvary. Welcome to our webpage!  We hope that you see something that might excite you about our program here at Calvary that is available to youth from 6th to 12th grade.

The boxes above will fill you in on some of the highlights, but click on our photo gallery, too, to see some of the fun stuff we are doing at youth group and during our mission projects.
