Young Adult Ministry

"Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him.  Then your faith will frow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness."  Colossians 2:7-9

The Young Adult Ministry (post high school to 25 yr) is "newish" at Calvary and we'd love to have you with us at the "ground floor" as we develop a ministry that meets you where you are on your journey.  This is YOUR opportunity to tell us what YOU need!

Currently we are offering a Young Adult Sunday School/Book Study on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am in room 201 that is being led by one of our Young Adults! The two books they are focusing on are What is the Bible by Rob Bell and The Bible Tells Me So by Peter Enns.

This group also meets twice a month for what we call "Meet & Eat" We meet at 6 pm two Wednesday's a month at either Village Inn (FREE PIE) or at Pikes Perk to get to know each other, talk about stuff, and maybe throw in a devotion. Join us!  This group also is involved in mission projects, Calvary-wide programs, and ocassionally helping with the youth program as a "fungineer" and mentor.

Contact Dione Russell, Youth/Young Adult Ministries Director to sit down and chat and get connected with other Young Adults in our congregation.
